She partners with leaders at all levels to build human-centered programs that foster clarity, connection, and confidence, creating cultures where people and performance flourish.
She brings deep expertise in designing and implementing leadership development programs, talent strategies, performance frameworks, employee experience initiatives, and team effectiveness workshops - all tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization.
With a Master’s in Organizational Development and ACC credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Christine coaches leaders to elevate their mindsets, strengthen their impact, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
