Meet Christine Herrman, MSOD, ACC
Christine has spent 20 years at the intersection of people and performance — leading enterprise talent and learning functions, building programs and teams from the ground up, and partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy that actually sticks. But her work doesn't stop at the org chart.
She also works with individuals navigating the moments that matter most: a career transition, a crisis of confidence, a sense that something needs to change but the path forward isn't clear yet. Whatever the starting point, she helps people get unstuck and move forward with intention.
On the organizational side, Christine has led cross-functional initiatives, managed direct teams, and influenced C-suite decision-making — always with a focus on building the kind of human-centered programs that make work better: leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and performance frameworks. Every strategy is built to fit — not off a shelf.
As an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), Christine works with clients at all levels to sharpen self-awareness, deepen impact, and lead — at work and in life — with the clarity and courage that's already in them.
She holds a Master's in Organizational Development and brings the kind of cross-industry, real-world experience that makes her a practical partner, not just a thought partner.
